The country house LA FONTE is situated in an ideal location, halfway between sea and mountains. About 10 minutes away from the golden sands of Giulianova Lido (TE), there is very easy to reach the other pearls of the Adriatic, as Roseto degli Abruzzi, Alba Adriatica, Tortoreto...

The majestic Gran Sasso, with its National Park is approximately at 50 minutes. In addition, the surrounding area is rich in history and tradition, with its churches, old towns, castles (one for all, the Fortress of Civitella del Tronto) and countries of great tourist and cultural interest. Rome itself is only 200 km away.

For other recreational activities, at about 1 km is an equestrian center with pool and spa, an agreement with the farm. At the center of Mosciano Sant'Angelo is an astronomical observatory open to the public.
